• Secured acquittal for pro bono client in two-day bench trial for Class X felony in Cook County Criminal Court

Before joining BSP, Justin served as Partner at MoloLamken LLP. He litigated a wide range of commercial cases, managed all aspects of fact and expert discovery, and has extensive courtroom experience. Before MoloLamken, Justin was an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate for Sidley Austin LLP. Justin gained experience within the court system by serving as a Law Clerk for Chief Judge Frank H. Easterbrook of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and Judge Milton I. Shadur of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Justin is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Economics, with high distinction. He went on to the University of Chicago, The Law School to earn his J.D., with honors.
